Luxurious room, good sized, with bath, a balcony plus the hairdryer which must have been from the 1980s.

It has a combination of a very good service and a quiet ambience.

Clean hotel, facilities are pretty nice, and the location is amazing and fantastic to the Grand canal. Amazingly nice and immensely pleasant staff at reception desk, they can also create a quiet atmosphere.  

The breakfast is amazing and good with options to purchase extras if required, has great food. The location is good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a grand showpiece square. It's 20 minutes' drive from the airport.  

Enjoyed to spend 6 days in our brand-new suite with the balcony, a large bed and a large bathroom.

Disappointing aspect was very small bathroom.

Nicely decorated hotel, marvellous breakfast with a lot of choice, unbeatable location very close to St Mark's square. Quiet vibe, extremely helpful personnel who was also the concierge as well as the bkfst waiter. Incredible view at the canal 

We had a very nice time in this traditional hotel in Venice. Classic double room was luxurious and the food was fabulous. The location was particularly good, just a short stroll away from an ornate covered 16th-century stone footbridge. What's more,

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met requests, recommend it. Quirky hotel, all of the staff were immensely pleasant and incredibly nice, fantastic location close to tourist sites. Overall the service was excellent! 

The luxurious and spotless room with classical paintings. Amazing location in the pretty quiet area, very close to all the highlights and many stores. Again, not far from a grand showpiece square.
